No refrigerator on the 3rd floor and no hot water for the shower only cold water. But sometimes warm water comes through the sink. Sheets don't fit the bed and no blankets only a top sheet. Stairs are awkward and uneven and no elevator.Continental breakfast consists of bananas and small croissants and coffee. But the price is good if you are on a low budget. And it's relatively quiet most of the time and it's near mercado 23 , restaurants stores, downtown,ADO bus Centro bus station.The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They have maid service . They give you towels but no wash clothes and two small pieces of soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper at a time. The bed is semi comfortable. You can over look the market place from a small balcony on the 3rd floor.The air conditioner works well and the ceiling fan.They had a television with local channels and some cable channels.With all that being said my experience here was good
Right in Mercado 23 by Flea Market and Markef and Xhoos...indxpensice Gooda of All fyper, feom prepared food, Fresh food and souvenirs, efc....Clean Hotel with All ameneties Except No toilet swat or .hot .water....datz OK...a Couple minutees Walk to Local R1 busmfor 75 cents gets ya to Hotel zone and Beaches in 10 minutes.......i Wash in da water Everyday...Prices per dah, NO monthly so Double or More as to where I am staying at Hotel Uxmal a 5 minute Walk for Only $250 Canadian per Month...N.o Problem!!!

I love it ac was good the room I had was equipped with stove fridge kitchen ware everything was perfect just perfect.. the only thing the guy in the front desk in the night shift didn't wanted to give a towel for shower I told him I pay for it cause I need one he still says noo
Good on the budget and great location. Very dated but meets minimal needs for the price you pay. Take the bus to the beach.

NO ES UN RESORT y lo ves en sus precios, muy ACCESSIBLES. Así como su ubicación céntrica te permite movilidad hacia todos lados, incluyendo la terminal ADO. Ofrecen un DES-AYUNO algo coqueto pero si tienes hambre justo atravesando la calle se encuentra un mercado en donde puedes encontrar de todo. Una experiencia muy Ad-hoc a su nombre, muy mexicana la experiencia. Muy chill.
Muchos comentarios negativos pero me quedé 3 días. Y fue ..... suficiente ni bueno ni malo simplemente lo que pagas es lo que recibes. Ni más ni menos no se porque se quejan
